JAMIE HOPKINS

Head Chef, Jamie Hopkins has a passion and love for modern British cuisine.  Recently appointed, he moved from our sister hotel, Merewood, where he spent two years as Sous-chef, working under the guidance of Head Chef, Carl Semple.  

Jamie has introduced some exciting menu changes which maximises the use of the outstanding produce Cumbria has to offer and has now achieved two AA rosettes for Briery Wood.
