Hannah started as Assistant Wedding Co-ordinator in May 2021 and shortly after was promoted to Wedding Co-ordinator. She is extremely down to earth and has a naturally warm personality which immediately puts brides and grooms at ease. 

Hannah absolutely loves her job and takes great pride in making sure each wedding, no matter how big or small, runs smoothly and effortlessly. 

During her time here, she has been an integral part of the team which has seen Cragwood win regional and national awards for Best Wedding Venue.

Hannah's Wedding Top Tip - Always meet with your wedding coordinators when you arrive at the venue. Hand over everything to them and put trust in them to make your plans come to life on the day, leaving you to relax with your friends and family.

After recently joining the team earlier this year, Holly brings a wealth of hospitality experience ensuring each and very wedding couple feel special on their wedding day.

Holly's Wedding Top Tip - Choose the things that are important to you both and let the rest fall into place. Enjoy every minute of planning and most importantly the wedding itself. The day goes by way too fast. 

Originally from Yorkshire, Stacey started her career at Cragwood as the wedding Co-ordinator back in 2014 meaning that she has a wealth of experience to be able to offer full support to Hannah and her team of staff. She has been managing the hotel since 2021 and also got married at Cragwood so she has first-hand experience from both sides!

Stacey's Wedding Top Tip - Don't get too caught up in what you think everyone else will want or expect from your big day. Go with your own instincts and allow yourself to be honest and focused on what 'You' want. It is your wedding day after all!
