Summer (April - September)
£12,200 following a church ceremony
£13,450 including a civil ceremony

Winter (October - March)
£11,950 following a church ceremony
£12,950 including a civil ceremony

The above costs are based on 40 guests, however this can be increased for up to 100 day guests and 120 evening guests.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

If you choose to hold your civil ceremony with us, please note the package does not include the cost of the registrar, celebrant or marriage license.  To book a civil ceremony at Cragwood the booking procedure is as follows. 

We would first ask that you check that the hotel has availability on the required date. If the date is available we can provisionally hold this for you for up to seven days.  You would then need to check that the registrar has availability on the same date and at a time which is suitable to the hotel and yourselves. If this is available you would then make a booking with the registrar and then confirm back with the hotel. At this point the hotel would take a £1,000 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. We would also require you to sign and return a copy of our terms and conditions.
