Ceremony & Exclusivity Fees
All of our large wedding packages include exclusive use of our beautiful country house and grounds. Please note that ceremony and exclusivity fees are additional to the All In package pricing above.

Booking Procedures
If you choose to hold your civil ceremony with us, please note the package does not include the cost of the registrar. To book a civil ceremony at Briery Wood the booking procedure is as follows.
We would first ask that you check that the hotel has availability on the required date. If the date is available we can provisionally hold this for you for up to fourteen days. You would then need to check that the registrar has availability on the same date and at a time which is suitable to the hotel and yourselves. If this is available you would then make a booking with the registrar and then confirm back with the hotel. At this point the hotel would take a £1,000 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. We would also require you to sign and return a copy of our terms and conditions.
The local registrars are based in Kendal. Their contact number is 0300 373 3300 and they can be contacted Monday – Friday from 9am – 4.30pm.
