Jamaican-born Calvin Harrison began his career in local hotels before gaining international experience in the US. He moved to the UK in 2003, joining Briery Wood before transferring to Cragwood in 2007.
Passionate about creating innovative dishes and refining flavours, Calvin became Head Chef through dedication and talent. Under his leadership, Cragwood has earned two AA Rosettes, placing it among an elite group of UK restaurants.
