Mathilda, Wedding Coordinator

Mathilda joined the team in 2025 and instantly became a friendly, reassuring presence for every couple who walks through our doors. She believes marriage is the epitome of love, and feels genuinely honoured to play even a small part in such a meaningful moment in people’s lives.

Passionate about the wedding industry, Mathilda takes great pride in helping bring each couple’s vision to life. She brings enthusiasm, care, and meticulous attention to detail to everything she does!

Alice, Assistant Wedding Coordinator

Alice has been part of the Cragwood team since 2022, beginning in Front of House before stepping into her role as Assistant Wedding Coordinator in 2026. Her experience at the hotel means she knows it inside out and has a great understanding of what goes into creating a truly special experience for couples and their guests.

Alice loves being part of such an important moment in a couple’s lives. With her warm and approachable nature, she’s always on hand to answer questions, offer support and help bring all those little details together, making each wedding feel relaxed, personal and completely their own.

Stacey, Hotel Manager

Originally from Yorkshire, Stacey has been part of life at Cragwood since 2014, when she first joined as Wedding Coordinator. Now Hotel Manager, she brings a wealth of experience and a real passion for creating special experiences for our couples and their guests. Having also celebrated her own wedding at Cragwood, Stacey knows first-hand what it feels like to be on both sides of the wedding planning process and loves helping couples feel relaxed, supported and completely at home.

Top tip: don’t get too caught up in what you think everyone else will want or expect from your big day. Go with your own instincts and allow yourself to be honest and focused on what ‘you’ want. It is your wedding day after all!
