Friendly and down to earth, she instantly puts couples at ease and takes genuine pride in ensuring every wedding – whether intimate or grand – runs smoothly and effortlessly.

Mathilda joined the team as Assistant Wedding Coordinator in 2025 and instantly became a friendly, reassuring presence for every couple who walks through our doors. She believes marriage is the epitome of love, and feels genuinely honoured to play even a small part in such a meaningful moment in people’s lives.

Originally from Yorkshire, Stacey started her career at Cragwood as the wedding Co-ordinator back in 2014 meaning that she has a wealth of experience to be able to offer full support to Hannah and her team of staff. She has been managing the hotel since 2021 and also got married at Cragwood so she has first-hand experience from both sides!
Top tip: don’t get too caught up in what you think everyone else will want or expect from your big day. Go with your own instincts and allow yourself to be honest and focused on what ‘You’ want. It is your wedding day after all!
