Booking Terms & Conditions

Arboreal offers a single dining sitting at 7:00pm, with the experience lasting approximately 2 hours. To ensure you enjoy the full experience, we kindly ask that you arrive promptly so your dining experience can begin at 7:00pm.

Please note that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for reservations in our Arboreal restaurant. This allows us to prepare your table, co-ordinate our team and ensure the highest standard of service for your visit. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accommodated, subject to availability. 

For non-resident guests, a deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation in Arboreal.

We understand the importance of catering for guests with food allergies and intolerances. With at least 24 hours’ notice, we can usually accommodate most allergy-related or medical dietary requirements. Please let us know your requirements when making your enquiry or booking, and we’ll be happy to advise.

If you need to change or cancel an existing booking, please call us on 015394 46484. Please note that our cancellation/amendment policy is as follows:

• 1 to 4 diners: Cancel at least 24 hours before the booking to avoid fees
• 5 or more diners: Cancel at least 48 hours before the booking to avoid fees
• Late notice fee: £15 per person applies if changed or cancelled inside the notice period (this includes late notice of dietary requirements)
• No-show: If you do not arrive for your reservation, this will be charged in full
